Meet Sadie. She's an adorable little girl estimated to be about a year old and currently weighs 40-1/2 pounds. We believe she may be a corgi / shepherd mix. Just look at those ears and her long little body and short legs. She's just precious and oh so sweet. Sadie had her vet exam today - received her vaccinations and tested negative for heartworms. Her spay and microchip is scheduled for Wednesday 8/6 and she will be ready for her new home after that. Sadie is leash trained and her foster is working on housebreaking and crate training her. She knows some basic obedience commands - sit, lay down & shakes paws. She's very smart and eager to please, so should master her doggie manners in no time, but her new family needs to realize she may still need some doggie manner training. Sadie is good with other people but hasn't been around children yet. She's good with her 90# foster dog sister. We don't know how she is with cats. She's a bit timid upon first meet but warms up very quickly. She is extremely affectionate, playful, smart and confident. She loves to be pet and loves attention. Sadie is a wonderful little girl who will be an awesome companion. Are you looking for a cutie like Sadie? Approved adoption application required.
