China's Story...
Meet China!

She is a 2 year old Husky mix. she weighs in around 60lbs.

China is quite the alpha dog. She likes to keep everyone in place and tell them what they should and should not be doing (as far as dogs go) She is extremely obedient when it comes to people. China is an excellent companion dog. She will follow people around the yard for hours never missing a beat. She is quite calm and docile when shen there are no other dogs causing a 'ruckus". China appears to be house trained, and does quite well on the leash too. She sleeps in her crate at night without a problem and sometimes goes in it voluntarily during the day.

She would make a great addition to anyone looking for a low key companion.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

China, a Wappingers Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Wappingers, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Wappingers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wappingers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wappingers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wappingers paves the way for another one to be saved.
