My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Poppet is a long haired gray/tan mini dachshund mix. She is approx 3 yrs old and 6 lbs. She is just a doll. She was very timid and shy when we first rescued her, but after a few days was running up us to be picked up and petted and of course get her supper. She is quiet and we leave a kennel open for her in the den so she can run in and sleep during the day - it is her little safe place and she loves her kennel. We think a home with older family members would be best for her, as she can be easily scared. Her foster parents say she is house trained, gets along with their dogs, loves to cuddle, play with toys and is just a joy.
