Ranger's Story...
Here’s Ranger, a stocky beagle-mixed boy that is quite a lively and fun-loving fellow. He really enjoys playing with other dogs and will romp and run and play for as long as any of the others want to. Ranger has a very, very sweet nature and loves attention from his human friends. He is always up for an adventure and will be a great walking and hiking buddy. He walks great on leash for those short walks around the block and has plenty of energy for longer treks in the local park or on the trail. At 27 lbs. he is a good size to take almost anywhere and he loves to ride in the car. Ranger is 3 years old. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his shots. He is crate-trained and housebroken. Ranger has very nice house manners and is quiet when no one is home. Ranger has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. If you would like to meet Ranger please first complete our adoption application form at www.cedarfarmrescue.com . After you have submitted the form call 336.251.8877 to set up a time to visit. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ranger, a Mocksville Beagle/Harrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Harrier for sale in Mocksville, or seeking a Beagle/Harrier dog from a breeder in Mocksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mocksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mocksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Harrier breeders who help with Beagle/Harrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mocksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
