My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Helen is an adorable 9 week old purebred heeler. Her daddy was a red and her mama was a blue. She was purchased from a breeder to go along on horse trail-rides when it was determined that she is mostly deaf and being around horses would not be safe for her. She is the cutest little thing you would ever find! She is in the foster care of a great guy who is doing lots of work with her. She already knows a few basic commands. She stays right beside her human when outside and watches for cues. She is great with all people and other dogs. Her foster dad thinks a perfect placement for little Helen would be with a family who has another dog who is well trained and can teach her the good behaviors dogs should have. She may be a bit more work in training but the paybacks will be great! Are you the special family for this little girl?
