My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

INITIAL BIO: 8/10/14 Meet Raymond! A cute, spunky 2-3 year old male Yorkie mix! He is in good health, but could loose a pound or two. Poor Raymond was found abandoned in an apartment complex in the Tampa Bay area. A good Samaritan saw him running around the building for a couple days and finally realized he was alone. Neighbors stated that Raymond's previous owners packed up and moved out and just left him behind. That's when the good Samaritan reached out to UYR. He was taken to a local veterinarian, examined, vaccinated and our volunteer went to pick him up! So far Raymond seems like a perfect pup! He's young, healthy, sweet, and energetic. He enjoys playing with the other dogs in his foster home, is fine with cats, enjoys going for car rides and also cuddling next to foster mom. He walks on a leash, but needs to learn not to tug on it. He also appears to be fine in a crate and house trained. If you think you could give Raymond a loving home, please apply to adopt him! And, stay tuned while we learn more about him!
