My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shadow is a purebred, 4 year old Doberman Pinscher. Until recently, he lead an ideal life with his owner in a home with a fenced yard. Shadow's life was turned upside down when the family had to move into smaller accommodations shared with another family and another dog. Shadow was being ridden like a pony by a 12 year old child when he turned and bit the child. The attack was provoked, but once a dog has a bite history, he is not eligible for most breed rescues due to liability issues. Shadow desperately needs a new home with an experienced Doberman person. He can share space with another dog as long as it is not aggressive toward him. Shadow is very protective of his family and had peacefully coexisted with children in his home. Please consider offering Shadow a new home in an environment that will be good for him and his family. Shadow will be neutered and up-to-date on shots before adoption.
