Mochi's Story...
Please contact Joan ( for more information about this pet.Sweet lover <3

MOCHI is a 2-3yr old Chow Chow / Keeshond mix.

She was rescued from the streets of Southeast LA.  Mochi was found dragging her chain with a rope that was tied to it.  The first time we came across Mochi, we were able to cut the rope before she got away. The second time, we found her with an even longer rope, but we were able to take off her chain and take her home.  She's been shaved with a lion's cut because her fur was not taken care of.  :(

Mochi is a little shy from her upbringing, but VERY VERY LOVING, caring.  She is SO SWEET and small (35-40#'s).   Mochi is up to date with her shots and she is spayed.  She's good with dogs her size or larger, some small dogs.  Great with people!!  She will love you forever!!!!  A DOLL!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mochi, a Marina del Rey Keeshond/Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Keeshond/Chow Chow for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Keeshond/Chow Chow dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Keeshond/Chow Chow breeders who help with Keeshond/Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
