I know, I know...I'm a bit chubby, but I'm on a diet and doing very well! I'll be sleek and more gorgeous soon and can run like crazy now! I came into Rescue with my sweetie, Sophia, and would love to be adopted with her as we've lived together for a number of years. (She's also posted on Petfinder)
I'm on the mellow, quiet side and can frequently be found having a snooze under a blanket in a dog bed. I'm 6 and a half years old, up to date on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and have had a dental recently. So I'm good to go and looking for my forever home. I'm currently being fostered in Olympia and she often calls me "Snoopy Doopy Doooo!"
No children under 10 years old please and if you have kitties, my foster mom will do a "cat test."
NOTE FROM FUR BABY RESCUE: SNOOPY is a very sweet boy and wants to be with you. He loves to get stroked and scratched. He came into rescue with Sophia and both were overweight. SNOOPY could barely walk when arrived and is now running all over the garden. He still needs to lose a lot of weight but this is a remarkable start for him.

ODR, INC. ADOPTION CRITERIA (aka Our Fine Print):
Based on 30 years of experience with rescue doxies, we have pretty strict criteria. Do you work from home/stay at home/work part time? Have a securely fenced yard? We do not place same gender dogs in a home unless they were raised together, and children need to be 10 or older (some exceptions IF the dog is a puppy or the child has been raised with a doxie). We prefer non smokers and a home with no other small animals (ferrets, hamsters, etc) Cats are on a case by case basis depending on the dog. Remember these are rescues, many were surrendered because of these issues.
