Hi there. My name is Dallas. I am about 4-5 months old and I weigh about 15 lbs.
I was found as a stray in Beaver Creek State Park along with my mom, Daisy Mae and our friend Dexter, after we were apparently dumped out. It was pouring down rain when we were found. We huddled up together underneath of a picnic table shaking and terrified when we were found.
Me, being the happy-go-lucky pup I am allowed them to catch me immediately. My mom and friend didn't really trust anyone enough yet to let anyone catch them, so unfortunately there wasn't really much they could do for them at the time.
The park officer was able to catch Dexter the next morning. When the guy from the pound went back down, he was able to use Dexter to lure my mom in close enough, then BAM! He caught her too!
I get to spend my time in the same crate as my momma at night and we love to curl up to sleep. I do just fine with when I am away from my mom, so the pound thinks I will be just fine to move on and find myself a new home!
I am a very sweet and loving little boy. I am great with people and I get along well with other dogs.

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.

HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY NEUTER SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
