My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pebbles is about 3 years old and weighs about 14 pounds. She is a Shih Tzu Poodle mix, we think because of her coloring and curly coat. She has been shaved close because she arrived at animal control all matted and dirty. Once she was shaved, it became apparent that her skin had been burned, probably from a cheap flea preventative. She has a coupld of scars along her spine and the hair is noticeably darker along her spine, too. This darkening indicates that her skin was burned. However, in time her hair will grow back in its natural color, and because her hair will be long, the scars will be lost in her curly coat.

Pebbles is housetrained and is very affectionate. She will be a fantastic companion for anyone.
