My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Vern is a very sweet orange tabby that likes to be pet. He was originally adopted out by Dr. Stark's office at Lake Area Animal Hospital. His previous owner returned him due to reasons relating to the OWNER's health. When Vern was returned to LAAH, he was found to be declawed and FIV+. Despite the fact that Vern is FIV+, he can still live 15-20 years and will make someone a great cat! He just needs to be kept inside because not only has he been declawed, so he can not defend himself, but he can transmit the disease to other cats. FIV cannot be transmitted to humans or dogs.
