Chester's Story...
COURTESY POST-FOUND DOG COURTESY POST-FOUND DOG

Has anyone seen my home? I seem to have lost it !

This little guy was found wandering the streets in Chesterfield Twp, around Chesterfield Rd and so the kind lady who found him named him...Chester.

The kind Samaritan has had Chester for a few days now and said he is just a love bug. He loves sleeping and snuggling with her, follows her around like a little shadow and plays with her dogs without incident.
When the lady found Chester he didn't have any ID on him and she was hoping someone wasn't cruel enough to just set him out and leave him to chance.

Well Chester's Guardian Angel was smiling on him when this lady came across him and took him home for safety and a meal.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chester, a Chesterfield Chihuahua/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Chesterfield, or seeking a Chihuahua/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Chesterfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chesterfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chesterfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Chihuahua/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chesterfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
