Owen is no meany….but he can be snarky with certain dogs. By snarky I mean that his greeting skills need some polishing. Other than this little eccentricity, our little guy is a real sweetie. He loves people, and gets on well in small dog play group once he feels safe. Owen is overcoming his fears, and turning into Mr. Gregarious. Because Owen is a small dog, it would be best to place him in a home without children or children 12 years of age or older. Like the character Owen Meany, Owen is small of stature but destined for greatness. Will you be the one who helps him achieve his destiny?
