Peaches's Story...
Peaches is a couch potato! She is happy to sit by your side as you watch TV or read a book. She does like to go for walks when she can muster up enough energy to get off the couch! She is so sweet and wiggles all over herself when approached. She gets along with other dogs and cats and has the laid back personality of a beagle. She is one year old and weighs 30 pounds. She stays well inside a fenced area and doesn't try to climb or dig under. Peaches was in the animal shelter for 4 months and is now in a foster home where she is very happy to have love and attention. Peaches would make a wonderful family pet

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peaches, a Bristol Beagle/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Boxer for sale in Bristol, or seeking a Beagle/Boxer dog from a breeder in Bristol.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bristol already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bristol breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Boxer breeders who help with Beagle/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bristol paves the way for another one to be saved.
