Meet BuBu! This beautiful guy looks like a puppy, even though he's five years old. When his owner died, BuBu's fate was uncertain. But a family member stepped in and contacted ESRA, knowing that this sweet dog deserves the chance for a new and wonderful life.
BuBu is a quiet and relaxed boy. In his foster home, on a farm in rural Iowa, he lives with three dogs and two cats. He gets along great with other animals, but when nobody's looking he tends to chase chickens and ducks. His foster mom says that BuBu is slightly afraid of large animals like horses, so he chooses to stay away from them.
When he's not outside playing with his foster brothers, BuBu loves to snuggle up beside his foster family. He is a true Velcro Springer who just wants to be near his humans. He loves to give kisses on legs and hands, but he will not lick your face.
His foster family reports that BuBu is a submissive dog who shies away from loud noises. He is cautious, and when he is presented with something new, it takes time before he will relax. BuBu is a lover and an overall sweetheart who just wants to please.
BuBu is fully housetrained and has excellent leash manners. His favorite pastime is going for car rides with his foster mom, and he loves to ride with his head out the window. Such a silly boy! BuBu will make some lucky family very happy. Could that lucky family be yours?
