My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Jane and I am six years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines and approximately 40 lbs.

They think I am an Akita mix, I am fawn colored with a white blaze on my chest and the tips of my small feet.

My dad had to go live in a nursing home because he could no longer care for me or himself. A nice neighbor of my Dad's offered to help my dad by finding me a new family to love me.

I am a very obedient girl who is crate trained and house trained. My new foster mom does not have a fence yard so I have fun in the yard with a tie-out. Not the best solutions; but I don't mind, it allows me to chase bees and other bugs.

I will sit and lay down on command with coaxing. I get excited when I meet new people...I love everyone. Cats are a new creature to me and I'm trying to figure them out and get them to play with me.

I'm enjoying lazy summer days on my foster mom's screened patio and I have been an excellent house guest. Could you open your heart and home to a young girl that needs a family to call her own.
