Hi Everyone! I'm Franklin! I was saved from a tough living situation, and ended up at the shelter. I only spent a short time at the shelter because a foster family saw my picture, and saved my life. I'm learning something new everyday -- sit, touch, wait. I love learning, and seeing my foster family smile.
