My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Happy is about 1-2 years old. He weighs 10lbs. He was in horrible condition when he was brought in. He was full of matts and dreads. I am sure his coat came off in one piece. The groomers jaws dropped when I walked in with him. I felt so sorry for him.

But since Happy was groomed he feels like a million bucks! He is so happy. He does not dwell on his past so neither will I. I get upset, he is just happy to be free. He teaches me. Happy is one of the sweetest dogs. He makes you pet him if you stop petting him. He is a love. I believe he was outdoors most of his life.

He gets along great with others. He is outgoing, playful and always looks so happy. He makes me proud to have helped him. I promised him not one more day of ever in his life of looking like that or being treated poorly. We want a home that will cherish and love this little guy and provide him a loving stable home.

I included a before pic even though it takes away from his current state but I want who adopts him to see how horrible his life had to have been. There is NO excuse for a dog being in that condition. Call 530-777-8550
