My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sandy, the girl with the beautiful eye liner. Sandy is a 7 month old female Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, weight is currently 37 pounds.

Sandy is an active, playful girl who enjoys running and playing with other dogs. She does well with people and older children. She has not been with cats, but appears to be curious of the ones she sees. Sandy is an inside/outside dog, crate trained and house trained. Her leash training is a work in progess, but does well when walked with her foster buddy. When she isn't playing with her foster buddy or playing in the pool, she's curled up at the feet of her foster mom.

Sandy is looking for a home with a secure fenced yard with plenty of room to play. She needs another dog to rough house with and keep her busy as she loves to constantly play. Due to her activity level, she would do best in a home with older children. She requires a home where she is not left outside all day as she gets hot playing all day long.

Sandy is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated for Rabies, Parvo/Distermper and Bordetella, on flea and heartworm prevention.

Her adoption fee is $75 which allows us to help other pets in need.
