We need a very caring family to help us with Clancy. She has chronic sinusitis and would need long term care as she is so immuno compromised due to her heartworm and tick borne disease complications. She is so sweet but had a lot of nasal discharge. It will take her a long time to recover. If you can help- please call Lisa at 630-694-1359.

Clancy is a Liver and White American Field bred English Pointer that was found nearly starving to death in Southern Illinois. Further vetting shows that she is heartworm positive and is also fighting Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever. She is currently fighting a bad case of pneumonia as well. We have $700 into her care already and we need as much help as possible to continue her care.

If you would like to help, please click HERE to submit a foster to adopt home application. We are also accepting donations for her care at HELP IBR!< /a>

Others Ways You Can Make a Difference

Shop for custom calendars, mugs and T-shirts at our Cafe Press fundraising website and choose merchandise featuring Pointers, Setters, Hunting Dogs or Friendly Mutts. All of our calendar stars are rescued dogs that would have been euthanized in shelters across the Mid-West had IBR not stepped in to save them. Your support does make a difference!!
