My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jackson is a character!! This little man has a huge purrsonality and a ton of energy! He likes to jump on things, pounce on things, play with things... he’ll play with anything he can lay his paws on…balls, wand toys, the laser toy…although, hmm…he can’t really get his paws on the laser toy now can he??? Poor guy! He also likes playing with a circular, enclosed toy that has a slot going around the middle where you can reach a paw in to touch a ball that will tantalizingly go around and around in circles.

He loves playing with his kitty friends too, although some of the older kitties get a little annoyed after a while – I mean how long would you be able to take having someone repeatedly bite your legs and tail (if we had tails)??!

When he’s not busy playing, Jackson is incredibly sweet and snuggly! He loves attention and will follow you around waiting for the opportunity to get some petting. Once you start petting him, Jackson seemingly melts into you as his eyes go into squint mode and his purr motor cranks up to extra loud. If Jackson rolls over onto his back, that is your cue to commence belly rubs – he suckered one volunteer into rubbing his belly for 10 minutes! He’s also happy to take up residency on your lap where you are free to pet him until your arm falls off!

Jackson is looking for a family that will embrace him for the curious, energetic, playful, loving little guy that he is. He’s not only hoping that he can have fun playing with his new family, he’s hoping that he’ll have another furry friend or two that he can play with as well!
