Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poor Casey is a sad scared little girl who has been through a lot. Her owner fell ill and just passed away of cancer this week, and family members weren't able to care for her or the other animals in the house. According to the owner's relatives, her owner had originally rescued her from an abusive home where the man in the home used to kick her, and she is extremely shy and fearful, especially of men. Once she warms up she is very sweet and gentle, and just needs a quiet home and a patient person to help her feel safe. She is good with cats and takes comfort in the presence of her doggie friends, and is about 20lbs full grown. She is being treated for severe flea allergies right now but should be feeling better soon now that she's flea-free. Please email njwoof@cs.com if you can give her the home she deserves.
