My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My human mom died and my sister Mollie and I need a new home. We were loved very much and have been a little unsettled with all the changes recently. We have adjusted well though and are now looking for a new forever home. We lived with 5 other cats and a dog in our previous home. I am a petite, long-haired brown tabby Maine coon mix. I am an active, affectionate 11 year old girl. I am shy at first but warm up to people in a few minutes. I love to sit in laps and to be picked up and held. I love kisses and petting too. I like to be in the same room with you and love to be brushed and petted. I love to sleep on your lap or at your feet and I will even sleep with you at night. I like to sit in the window or on the cat tree and watch birdies. I play a little bit. My favorite toy is a cat nip filled banana. Since I have long hair, I need to have my soft fur groomed by you to remove the loose hair at least every other day, to avoid matting. I can be distinguished from my sister because she has a wide dark brown stripe running down the white on the back of her right hind leg and I don’t have that mark. My right hind leg is all white. My sister, Mollie and I must go together. We are a packaged deal. Do you have room in your heart and home for us so we can have a loving home to live out our golden years?
