Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our newest sweetheart has been in rescue for 3 months recovering from orthopedic surgery to repair an old, untreated leg fracture . Surgery was followed by several weeks of intensive rehab. Timid and fearful at first Hope loves all human contact young and old, is extremely gentle but, we think, was not living with other dogs. Now healed she has learned to play with a very active foster sister. It is a joy to see them run and play. Hope loves leash walks with either of her sisters but will need further help with socialization skills.
Hope will also require a secure fenced yard. She has a fairly high prey drive and is probably not cat friendly. No small dogs or critters please.
Hope is a laid back girl most of the time and likes to go to bed early and sleep late! She enjoys a nice warm shower or a relaxing brush and a massage. We would like to find a family with someone home most of the time and who understand the unique traits of our Siberian friends. Hope’s personality is still evolving and her foster family find her quite delightful as they discover new qualities in this pretty girl.
