My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Aaron is an adorable dog looking for a home of his own. He was found as a stray in a nearby county and taken to the local shelter. It is hard to believe that no one came looking for this sweetheart of a dog. He is certainly cute to look at but my goodness, his personality is even cuter. He has just a little spunk but is mostly just a sweet and affectionate fellow, so eager to please and happy to be with his friends. His friends are of the human, canine or feline variety – he loves them all. Aaron is a very calm dog and would do very well in an apartment or townhome setting. He is crate-trained and housebroken. Aaron walks nicely on leash and is very friendly. He will enjoy exploring the neighborhood with his new family. We have not seen Aaron with children but think he would do beautifully with them. Aaron is 4 years old and weighs 15 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his shots. He is heartworm negative and on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. If you would like to meet Aaron the first step is to complete our adoption application at www.cedarfarmrescue.com . After you have submitted the form call 336.251.8877 to make an appointment to visit with Aaron at our adoption center. We are there by appointment only so you must call first. We typically meet families between the hours of noon and 4 pm or after 7 pm any day of the week, holidays included.
