Mia's Story...
My name is Mia...I'm a brown dog with short legs and a bit shy....but let me tell you my story and you'll understand.
Last spring I spent my time searching in Berclair (a part of Memphis) for a safe, quiet place. As the days passed I became scared because I was getting heavy and fat and afraid I would not find a safe place for my babies. Then, by chance, I wandered into a yard on Tatum Street.
There was a shed under a tree. I dug a shallow hole. That night I had 3 beautiful little puppies. The pups grew and thrived. One day the people took my babies. I was devastated. I howled and howled. But my babies did not come back. A few days later I was caught in a wire box and carried to where my babies were. And what a wonderful reunion it was.
I’m proud of my pups, but would like to find a home of my own. Can you adopted me.
Mama Mia has all her shots, is spayed and heartworm free. To meet Mia email or call Jennifer at jjazzette11 @aol.com or 901-831-3935. Please give Mia her first real home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mia, a Memphis Corgi/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Memphis, or seeking a Corgi/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Memphis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Memphis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Memphis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Corgi/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Memphis paves the way for another one to be saved.
