Lelee's Story...
Lelee was born on approx. 5/22/14. On 8/22 she weighed in at 10 lbs. She was saved from Cleveland County Animal Shelter in NC. How can anyone have resisted to save this sweetie? As you can see by her shelter photos she was scared to death. Well, she has no reason to be scared anymore. This girl is doing great in foster care. She is now that playful puppy that she should have been all along. This girl would be wonderful in any household.

Lelee is up to date on shots, Rabies, deworming, heartgard, flea meds and she is also microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lelee, a Burlington Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Burlington, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Burlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
