Zarian's Story...
Hi, I’m Zarian Reign, a 4-year-old male of 51 pounds and I came here with another dog called Zane Alexander. We came from a home that really loved us, but they couldn’t take care of us anymore because of a cut in work hours. It was a sad and emotional parting, but I’m looking forward to the future and finding a new home. I was in my previous home from birth, so I’m good with other dogs and also love kids very much. I’m friendly and have plenty of pep for any activity you would care to join me in. I know commands such as sit and down. Neither of us has been in cars very much, so I might require some patience there, but the folks here says we rode well (just seemed a little nervous). But I’m a quick study and I bet I can get the hang of this car-riding thing in no time. And I bet you’ll be glad you chose to take me home with you in no time at all as well.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zarian, a BIRMINGHAM Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in BIRMINGHAM, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in BIRMINGHAM.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in BIRMINGHAM already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a BIRMINGHAM breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in BIRMINGHAM paves the way for another one to be saved.
