Marcus is as cute as an elf with his small freckled face. Marcus came to us from a local shelter. With two cherry eyes, this 1 y/o male was marked as unadoptable. Look at him now! At 14 inch, he was a skinny 19 pounds, but he has filled out to 23 pounds and is adorable.

Marcus is maturing every day. His house manners and social skills are still those of a younger dog, but Marcus has learned how to play with the other dogs in his pack. After losing his first wrestling match to a girl, he has improved his skills. He still prefers mixing it up with one of the girls, but is taking on the bigger boys lately. Marcus is housebroken with the use of a dog door. Marcus is crate trained and will need to be kenneled when left home alone. He rarely gets into anything at his foster home, but he does have a pack of beagles to keep him out of trouble.

The one thing that Marcus doesn’t need any work on is his love of cuddling. He is a world class snuggle bunny. He loves to curl up next to you and soaks up all the attention you can give him. He does enjoy sleeping on the big bed with you at night, but just as often will choose to snuggle up with one of his girls on a cozy round bed! Marcus needs a place to live that will shower him with love and encourage him to keep maturing into a wonderful beagle boy!
