Meet Xenia! This girl may be shy at first, but quickly proves that she can win the record for the world's loudest purrer. We believe that she is a mix of domestic short hair and Japanese bobtail because, although she does have a tail, her coloring and vocal personality are characteristics of the breed. Xenia came in with her brother Xander after they had been living on the streets alone together at only four weeks of age. The two were very close, but very recently Xander was adopted, leaving Xenia by herself for the first time. Although uneasy without him at first, Xenia has come around, especially with the help of her David, the big male cat of the household! This girl absolutely loves to stalk the other cats, cuddle with David, and surprise her humans with random spurts of affection. With this girl, you also have to watch your hair ties! In her mind, the house is not safe until they have all drowned in the water bowl. Don't worry, she is more than willing to protect you!

At around 7 months now, this girl would fit nicely into any quiet, inside household. Being so shy, children may be a little too much for this little thing, but other cats would be ideal! Xenia would thrive with a male role model that will show her the ropes of the house. Her favorite time to get pet is when she sees another cat getting attention, so feline siblings are key, but all she needs is a loving home to call her own!
