Dante's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Dante's Story...
Dante is a two year old black and tan chihuahua mix. He is definitely not a teacup chihuahua - he weighs about 15 pounds.

Dante came to our rescue with his very dominant brother. Now that he's separated from his brother, Dante is coming out of his shell and his true personality is shining through.

Dante now wants to get to know other dogs. He doesn't seem to know what cats are, so he tends to ignore them. And best of all, Dante wants to be with people! He absolutely loves people. Full of kisses and snuggles.

Dante would do best in a home as an only dog, or with older small breed dogs so he doesn't feel threatened.

Dante is looking for love..a family to call his own. Someone to walk with him on his journey as he gains confidence in himself. Do you have room in your life for a smaller dog that is finally getting the new start in life that he deserves?

We are a shelterless rescue, which means we do not have a physical location, so it is not possible to come to see multiple dogs at one time. Our adoption fee is $475 and includes all their vetting, including their spay/neuter, microchipping, and transport up to the Northeast.***

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dante, a berwick Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in berwick, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in berwick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in berwick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a berwick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in berwick paves the way for another one to be saved.
