My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ZEKE is a 6 year old yellow neutered male Lab who weighs 84 pounds. He's a social, sweet, and friendly dog. He pulls on leash quite a bit, so an easy walk harness will be good for him. Zeke was tested with two other dogs at the shelter – one male and one female. He rushed in and wanted to sniff both dogs all over, but once he got over his initial excitement he was fine. The man who found him as a stray also said Zeke was good with his dogs. Since Zeke can be a bit overwhelming to other dogs at first, though, another dog who is laidback may be good for him. He's approved for kids aged 10+. More info on his soon!

This dog is available for adoption from Lab Rescue LRCP. The rescue has around 50 dogs available for adoption.

If you are interested in adopting, please visit www.lab-rescue.org and complete an adoption application. Within a few days of submitting an application you will hear from an Adoption Coordinator who will guide you through the adoption process.

An adoption fee is charged to cover the cost of veterinary care and a house check is required.
