Baby Girl is 6 weeks old on Sept. 1, 2014.
Baby Girl is the only female in a litter of what we believe are Schnauzer/Terrier mix puppies. She was born 7/21/2014 just before midnight. We have more pictures of her mother to share. The father of this litter is unknown. The Mom was found very pregnant and stray in another county and no one came for her. The Mom weighed in at 23 pounds right before she delivered five puppies.
Judging by their puppy size, it appears Baby Girl and her siblings could weigh as much as 25-30 pounds when they are adults. She may weigh less or could be on the small side of a medium size dog. She is healthy and eating on her own. She's ready to be loved by a family of her own. Baby girl has had her first shots. She is a precious little puppy who enjoys frequent naps, playing with her siblings, and learning about the world around her.
Her adoption fee is $250, of which $50 will be refunded when she has been spayed. Adoption fees are tax deductible. An application, vet reference, spay contract, and brief home visit are required to adopt Baby Girl. Please, only homes with children over six years old will be considered. We recommend an older dog or a dog over 15 pounds for young children. Baby Girl is being fostered in Montevallo AL.
We do approve out of state adoptions, but you must be willing to drive to the foster home to “fetch” your new family member. We do not ship or transport our dogs. If you are interested in adopting this sweet baby, the first step is to submit an APPLICATION.
We do not place any dog in a home with "invisible" or underground fencing.
