Butters's Story...
Stella and her five babies were rescued from the streets of Tijuana, Mexico when the puppies were just a couple days old. The puppies are now around 5 weeks old and will be ready to go to new homes on or after 9/12/14. Even though the puppies are not quite ready yet, we encourage people to meet them and pre-adopt. These puppies are very sweet, loving, playful and affectionate. They get along great with kids, cats and other dogs. The puppy will be vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Please e-mail RECYCLEDDOGRESCUE@GMAIL.COM if you are interested in adopting Butters. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours that means the dog you are inquiring about is no longer available.

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
