Cindy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Cindy's Story...
Cindy is a Greyhound / Whippet mix girl who loves attention. This Brown babe’s face is enhanced by a dark muzzle and eye brows, with feet and tail tipped in white as well as some other white splashes on her sleek body. Cindy is almost 5 years old and already spayed. (It is a joy to watch her run and stretch out her legs with each stride.) Cindy also rides well in the car. She is a very friendly girl who LOVES people and attention from visitors, as well as an occasional dip in the water to stay cool when it is hot outside. Cindy’s perfect home would have a large fenced yard to enjoy when she is not inside and NO other pets. She is a true love bug and would be a great family dog for a lucky family. Cindy has beautiful brown eyes.

Cindy plans to be with other HALAH dogs for adoption at Burleson PetSmart on Saturday, August 12th. HALAH will be there from 11 until 3:30.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cindy, a Godley Greyhound/Whippet dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound/Whippet for sale in Godley, or seeking a Greyhound/Whippet dog from a breeder in Godley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Godley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Godley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound/Whippet breeders who help with Greyhound/Whippet rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Godley paves the way for another one to be saved.
