Pretzel's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Pretzel's Story...
Pretzel is about 14 months old (9/3/14) and is heartworm negative, she gets along with everyone., other dogs, cats, men. She was rescued from a kill shelter pregnant and had her babies in one of our foster homes but now it's time for her. She loves her raw hides and squeaky toys. Loves to sleep with her humans at night. She does get anxious when left alone for long periods so it may be best for her be in a home with other animals as companions. She is a wonderful girl that deserves forever family.
She is currently located in TN but transport can easily be arranged to New England through Animal Rescue Front! If you're interested in taking him into your forever home, please fill out the adoption form here:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pretzel, a Groton Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in Groton, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Groton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Groton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Groton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Groton paves the way for another one to be saved.
