18 month old Basset Hound

AN ADOPTION APPLICATION, FENCING, HOME VISIT AND AN ADOPTION AGREEMENT ARE REQUIRED FOR ADOPTION

Heidi is a people loving 2 yr old female basset hound.  Heidi enjoys playing with toys by herself and with her person, and she likes nothing more than snuggling in a person's lap.  Our trainer thinks Heidi is quite smart - sometimes trying to push boundaries, so we feel an experienced dog owner is the ideal person for Heidi.  Heidi tolerates larger dogs, but we think the most successful adoption would be with no other dogs in the home.  Heidi has wonderful soft ears and supple skin.  If you are a basset lover, you might find Heidi to be your new best friend.
