My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We are sad to announce that after having been adopted almost a year ago, Peaches is back with us due to the unexpected passing of her owner. We extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of this lovely lady. Peaches was very sensitive when she originally came to Kiko from her first home, where she had been mishandled by a young child. Locking her away when visitors came over also taught her a mistrust of strangers, particularly men. Peaches would do best in a quiet dog-experienced home with adults and older teenagers. At only about 8 pounds, this 6-year-old European-bred Miniature Schnauzer is quite petite and dainty. Typical of the breed, she can be a little too vocal to be deemed suitable for an apartment. Peaches is playful and loves to play fetch with a ball, and also enjoys quiet time on the sofa. Please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website if you think you are the right home for Peaches.

All Kiko dogs have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, dewormed, tested for heartworm, sterilized, and require an adoption fee of $400 ($275 for senior dogs and $125 for cats) and an adoption contract.
