ADOPTION PENDING - Meet Harley! Harley is not your normal 9 year old. He is extremely active & full of energy for a 9 year old. He is a gorgeous young man who would melt your heart the moment you meet him. His former owners surrendered him to Philly Pug & Short Nose Rescue because they did not have the time to spend with him any more. He is neutered and is UTD on all vaccinations. Harley is not fond of being crated. However, if the door is left open he is happy. Harley's foster mom is helping him work on his self control around food. He likes to try to eat his foster siblings food. Harley would do best in a home with older kids or no kids. He would do best in a home as an only dog or with other small dogs only. (small as in other pugs) . Harley is learning to ignore his feline foster siblings, but he likes to try to snack on items in the cat box.
