Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Brita ... is an energetic, beautiful and glossy, black and white Pit Bull Terrier waiting for a loving guardian at Alive Rescue.
Brita is one of 10 siblings rescued from Chicago Animal Care and Control. She has been in training at Alive Rescue since she arrived. She knows the commands sit, shake, high-five, wait, and included with her adoption is training for life!
Brita adores people of all ages including children, but does not do well with other animals. So, she is looking for a home as the one and only pet with an experienced dog-lover. A house with a fenced-in yard would be ideal so she can play ball and enjoy the daily exercise she loves.
After she's had enough playtime, Brita loves to curl up close with her people to watch tv. She's housebroken when kept on a regular schedule, and crate-trained.
To meet and possibly foster and/or adopt Brita, please fill in the adoption application here and follow up by contacting by Cisley at cmcphail.aliverescue@gmail.com or 773-913-8100.
Brita's adoption donation of $300 will be sponsored if you are the right person, couple or family for Brita. Brita is extremely healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm-tested, and micro-chipped.
