ROCKY's Story...
Rocky is a stunning Siberian Husky with sky blue eyes and a great personality. He was picked up as a stray on 8/28/14 and for some crazy reason no one came to claim him. He's young, handsome and well behaved...pretty much everything you could want in a companion. Rocky is just a year old and weighs 43 lbs. He walks well on a leash and knows to sit and stay on command. He is current on vaccines, neutered and tested negative for heartworms. Rocky's ID # is 568921 and he can be found in cage 827. Hurry on over to meet him today, an awesome dog like this doesn't stick around long.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

ROCKY, a Marietta Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
