Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Colby Jack, a 9 week old puppy who we were told is a German Shepherd/hound dog mix. Along with his assorted 7 brothers and sisters, he has just arrived at Adopt A Pet. His first foster home had this to say: "Watch your heart around this one, I would call him the sweetest of the bunch. Colby Jack quickly became our favorite, even though he was the quietest. He in particular would be great in a multi-dog environment, as he seemed to want to be close to one sibling or another if not snuggling with a family member."
Like all young puppies, he needs a family where someone is home part or all day, who will commit to house-training and then obedience training. If you have the time to invest, this guy won't disappoint!
You can meet Colby Jack at Wilmette Pet Center, 625 Green Bay Road, anytime during store hours 7 days a week. (847-251-6750). Although you may want to adopt him on the spot, please know that you will have to go through the application process first.
Colby Jack's adoption fee of $350 includes: vet exam, distemper combo and bordetella vaccinations, deworming, flea and tick preventative, microchip and neuter.
