"Hi! My name is ELLIE, and I'm a two-year-old Chihuahua mix cutie-pie who's practically perfect in every way (not to brag!). I'm playful, fun-loving, and cuddly. I'd be an excellent family pet, and I get along great with other dogs. I know how to sit on command, and I've already been house trained. Did I mention my super-cute face and my happy disposition? I'm here at the shelter because my owner had to move away, and I could not go along. I'm not too happy about it, but you know what? I'm a wonderful little dog, so I have a good feeling that a nice person or family out there will see that I'm a special little lady, then they'll come to the El Cajon Animal Shelter to take me to my new loving home. Maybe that person is you! Won't you come visit me? They have a lovely play yard here where we can spend some time getting better acquainted.
