Who can resist cuddling with this teddy bear looking guy? Freddy is a 57 lb, 3 year old, male Chow/Retriever mix with fluffy soft mixed brown fur. He's just as friendly and cuddly as he looks!

Freddy became a Rover Rescue pack member after his former family could no longer afford to take care of him. They surrendered him to a southern Indiana animal shelter where caught the attention of our foster coordinators. Freddy, aka Teddy, is a charmer. He's a true southern gentleman with a happy-go-lucky temperament that matches his adorable teddy bear looks.

He knows basic commands and is learning indoor manners very quickly. He gets along great with other dogs, kids of all ages and even an angry cat. He is crate trained and shows no signs of possessive or guarding behavior. He is good on a leash and loves to play. He would do best in a family with a fenced yard where he has room to run and can enjoy lounging in a shady spot.
