A.. Sabine's Story...
Hi, I'm sweet Sabine! I am a darling, petite black and white tux and one of the prettiest kitties you'll ever find. I have 4 white paws and cute white whiskers. I am a little shy sometimes, but I love attention and will come to you when called. I share my foster home with 3 really fun kids, I just love them! I am very easygoing, and would love to be your new friend!

Sabine was a pregnant teen when she came to CTC&D from an Animal Control facility. Under foster care she had 6 beautiful kittens and she was the best mother! Even with ALL her 24 hour a day responsibilities, Sabine was ready for attention and would greet everyone with a little meow and purrs. Now her kittens have all been adopted and she is ready for her forever home!

If you are interested in adopting, please complete an Adoption Application at www.c2cnd.org (Adoption Process Tab) for pre-approval for adoption. You can visit our pets every Saturday at Huntersville Petco from 10:30AM

Why Adoption is a Great Option

A.. Sabine, a Charlotte Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
