My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Skip is the most warmest, wonderful 11 yr old pure bred Jack Russell terrier. rescued him saved from euthanasia at a Vet Hospital from a client who couldn't pay for an ear hematoma surgery that he needed and they wanted to euthanize him. Once I, like yourself, met this warm, loving heart, you'll share his heart with him and could not let him go!

He is SO full of spunk and has the energy of a puppy, you would never be able to tell he was his age. He has a very funny fixation with water, he will chase water out of a hose, sprinkler, fountain etc, though he does leave the water bowl alone. He also has an obsession with shiny lights like mirror reflections, flash lights, laser pointers are his favorite. He likes to carry things around the house by his mouth like dvd cases or books (anything flat). He does have seasonal skin allergies, I would usually just take him to the vet when they would flare up and he would get his regular cortisone injection which seemed to kick it until he became itchy again :) Also he is great with kids and other dogs although with the other dogs he did have to get used to them at first.

I'm saddened to have to rehome him as he became part of the family but I knew this would be temporarily as I did save him from euthanasia. My family and I will be moving as my husband will have to go to for his new job. I do know that through you guys I will be able to find him the perfect home. I thank so very much for helping me do this. I will be moving in October, please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help find him find the perfect home.

Skip is the most warmest, happiest, youngest 11 yr. young heart that wants to share his happy and devoted love with yours. I hope you are the one who will open their hearts to this little guy rainbow and share his smiling heart for your lifetimes. If you would like to meet Skip, please call Kim Smith at (661) 972-7481.
