Jerome-Courtesy Listing's Story...
Meet Jerome! This little fella is one happy-go-lucky guy. He loves to run and explore and is eager to find his forever family to grow and develop with. He is still such a baby that nothing really phases him. He zooms around my dogs and chased one of my chihuahuas last night but it was playful action. He is very litter box trained. Hasn't missed the box once since we brought him home at a wee 6 weeks of age. He was found all alone, at only 6 weeks old, out in a thunderstorm. He was so skinny his foster mom could feel all the tiny bones in his body. He had a great appetite and has been growing by leaps and bounds! He has had his first shots, tested negative for FIV/FELV and is set for his next shots and neuter on 9/18 so he can't go home until then, but this cutie won't last long so we are accepting pre adoption applications. If you are interested in finding out more about Jerome, you can reach his foster mom, Becci via email at Beccinco@aol.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jerome-Courtesy Listing, a Scottsdale Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
