GINGER is a sweet, senior gal who cane into the shelter because of her owner's failing health. she gets along well with other dogs, is housebroken and loves to ride in the car. GINGER has cataracts and she has some hearing loss but she doesn't let those things hold her back. She just had a complete physical and a dental. All she needs now is a home to call her own.

ODR, INC. ADOPTION CRITERIA (aka Our Fine Print):
Based on 30 years of experience with rescue doxies, we have pretty strict criteria. Do you work from home/stay at home/work part time? Have a securely fenced yard? We do not place same gender dogs in a home unless they were raised together, and children need to be 10 or older (some exceptions IF the dog is a puppy or the child has been raised with a doxie). We prefer non smokers and a home with no other small animals (ferrets, hamsters, etc) Cats are on a case by case basis depending on the dog. Remember these are rescues, many were surrendered because of these issues.
