FIGARO's Story...
Hi there! I'm Figaro - a VERY handsome 8 month old Maine Coon Mix. I'm very sweet and PLAYFUL - boy do I love a toy mouse!!! I also love other cats. I am shy still, so I need someone who will be patient with me and build up more trust so I don't have to be skittish. I don't have a mean bone in my body. I LOVE other cats. Please come meet me!

Figaro is neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and dewormed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

FIGARO, a Huntington Station Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Huntington Station, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Huntington Station.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntington Station already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntington Station breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntington Station paves the way for another one to be saved.
